1.Refunds

All returns are subject to assessement according to our returns policy .Once your return has been accepted,your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs & duties if applicable).Please note it may take up to 15 working days for transaction to appear in your account ,depending on your bank's billing cycle.

2.Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping to the UK .Outside the UK,shipping costs will be added at checkout.

3.Import duties & Vat

If applicable,import duties/vat & handling fees will be charged to you by courier companies before delivery .We cannot be held responsible for amount charged or any delays due to payment of those charges.

4.Made-to-Order

All Made-to-Order shoes and boots are non refundable .

5.Delivery

Any orders placed on Fridays (after noon ),Saturdays,Sundays & Mondays will be only be shipped on the following Tuesdays/Wednesdays.
Delivery time will only start from that day.If you need urgent delivery,please contact us for cost.Orders placed after 12noon will be shipped the following day.Delivery time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to Royal Mail/Courier services.
