1.Refunds

All returns are subject to assessement according to our returns policy .Once your return has been accepted,your refund will be processed (minus shipping costs,import taxes & duties if applicable).Please note it may take up to 15 working days for transaction to appear in your account ,depending on your bank's billing cycle.

2.Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping to the UK for orders over £100 -For orders under £100 ,postage £8 will be added at checkout (returns are free for all orders ).We use Royal Mail Tracked (only ) 48 hours service.

Outside the UK,shipping costs will be added at checkout for all orders.

3.Import duties & Vat

Please note import duties/vat & handling fees are NOT included in our shipping costs. If applicable,import duties/vat & handling fees will be charged to you by courier companies before delivery .We cannot be held responsible for amount charged or any delays due to payment of those charges.

As from 29/8/25,all shipments to the US -no matter the value-are subject to all applicable duties,taxes & fees ,to be paid in accordance with appliicable entry & regular payment procedures.

4.Made-to-Order

All Made-to-Order shoes and boots from our Made-to-Order & our Limited Edition pages are Non Returnable & Non Refundable .Delivery time is approx 4/5 weeks .

5.Delivery

Any orders placed on Fridays (after 12 noon ),Saturdays,Sundays & Mondays will be only be shipped on the following Tuesdays/Wednesdays.
Delivery time will only start from that day.If you need urgent delivery,please contact us for cost.Orders placed after 12noon will be shipped the following day.Delivery time cannot be guaranteed and are subject to Royal Mail/Courier services.
