SHIPPING & RETURNS

1) Shipping & Import duties/vat :

We offer free UK standard shipping .

ANY ORDER PLACED ON FRIDAYS AFTER 12 NOON,SATURDAYS,SUNDAYS AND MONDAYS WILL BE ONLY SENT ON THE FOLLOWING TUESDAYS /WEDNESDAYS .DELIVERY TIME WILL ONLY START FROM THAT DAY .IF YOU NEED URGENT DELIVERY,CONTACT US FOR COSTS.Any orders placed after 2 pm ,will be sent the following day .Delivery time cannot be guaranteed .If you need urgent delivery,please contact

Local delivery : if you live locally to our Wimbledon Village boutique , we will , when possible ,hand deliver your order within 2 days of placing the order .Delivery will take place between 6 and 7 pm .We will contact you beforehand to make sure there is someone at delivery address.

Outside UK :

 

Please note import duties/vat and handling fees will  be applicable and will be charged to you  by courier companies before delivery for all destinations outside UK ( inc Europe due to Brexit ).We cannot be held responsible for amount charged

2) Returns within the UK:

We offer free UK returns

​

If you wish to return your order for exchange or refund ,kindly email us first at info@josephazagury.com  quoting your order number and reason for return.

​

For refund or exchange ,please return your order  within 14 days of receiving your order using the enclosed return UPS label.Please drop parcel at any UPS drop off points .Find your nearest Drop Off point at UPS.com .

Alternatively, you can return your order directly to our boutique in Wimbledon Village (refunds will be done through the website)

If an alternative size is required ,please contact us to reserve a new pair.These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received. We will allow one free exchange per order.

 

Kindly note refund may  take up to 15  working days  from receipt of returns to us to appear on your account.

Kindly note that if your order is being returned to us due to incorrect address, delivery refused/rejected   or not collected within 7 days from Royal Mail (or courier companies) collection point (after 1st attempt delivery ), the return and redelivery costs will be charged to you.

3) Returns outside the UK :

​

If you wish to return your order for exchange or refund ,please  email us at info@josephazagury.com quoting your order number and reason for return.

Joseph Azagury offers full refund excluding shipping cost and  international duties ( if applicable ) if you return your purchase within 30 days of receipt by you.Kindly note refund may take 15 working days from receipt of returns to us to appear on your account.

Items should be  returned at your cost in resalable condition ie unworn with all the original packaging.If applicable,do not remove protective films on soles until you are happy with the fit and are sure to keep your purchase.

Mark imperatively the box as "RETURNED PURCHASE " for customs .If we incur import duties/taxes due to non-mention of "Returned Purchase" on the parcel, those duties/taxes will be deducted from your final refund .

 

 It  is entirely up to you how you return your order.However, we recommend that you use a track & sign service as well as  insuring your parcel as we will not refund goods that are lost or damaged in transit.Make sure you obtain a proof of postage which you should retain until you have received your refund.​​

​​Please note Made-to-Order shoes and boots are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
