Outside the UK :
If you wish to return your order for exchange or refund ,please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
Joseph Azagury offers full refund excluding shipping cost and international duties ( if applicable ) if you return your purchase within 30 days of receipt by you.
Items should be returned at your cost in resalable condition ie unworn with all the original packaging.If applicable,do not remove protective films on soles until you are happy with the fit and are sure to keep your purchase.

For orders shipped outside the UK, it is entirely up to you how you return your order.However, we recommend that you insure your parcel as we will not refund goods that are lost or damaged in transit.Make sure you obtain a proof of postage which you should retain until you have received your refund.
Within the UK :
We offer FREE RETURN WITHIN THE UK within 14 days of receiving your order . Parcel can be dropped at your local UPS drop off points using the return label provided. Please note Joseph Azagury will not be liable for any goods that are not returned in this way or where an alternative carrier is used. Check to find your nearest drop off points.
Alternatively, you can return your order directly to our boutique in Wimbledon Village .During lockdown, kindly contact us to make an appointment.
If you are unable to get to your local UPS drop point, we can arrange collection (only from original delivery address ). Kindly contact us by email email@example.com.Collection times are between 8.30 am to 6.30 pm .Unfortunately, our courier company cannot guarantee a time.
If an alternative size is required ,please contact us to reserve a new pair.These will be sent to you once your original shoes have been received in resalable condition ie unworn and with all original packaging.If applicable ,do not remove protective films on soles until you are happy with fit and are sure to keep your purchase.
Kindly note refund will take up to 10 working days from receipt of returns to us .
Please note Made-to-Order shoes and boots are not eligible for refunds or exchange.
